Student Who got Admission through K-CET, COMEDK and University Admission (Management) are requested to follow the steps:

Apply Online, Upload Documents, Pay Online

  • After Provisionally Admitted
  • You will receive the Payment link by email and SMS

FAQs Admission 2023 – 24

1. Is it compulsory to register myself before submitting an admission form online?

Yes, it is compulsory to register with Online Admission System before the candidate submit admission form through online.

2. Is Email address compulsory to fill in the online application form?

Yes, you are required to use E-mail address to register for Online Admission.

3. If the power/internet connection fails during the application process, what should I do?

Since the data is saved at the end of every stage with the ‘Save’ button, your data is automatically saved till the previous stage. If you are within a particular stage and the system is interrupted due to power failure or loss of connectivity, then your current stage data will not be saved. Please log in again using your ID and password and complete the form submission process from the stage where the system got interrupted.

4. What documents are required along with the Application form?

  • PUC or Equivalent Marks Cards.
  • SSLC /10th standard Marks Card
  • CET/ ComedK / JEE Rank Card
  • Study Certificate for 12 years (If student is from Karnataka)
  • Caste / Income Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC
  • Transfer Certificate from Karnataka and Migration certificate for Non Karnataka students
  • Scanned copy of Age Proof Aadhar card (less than 500 KB)
  • Passport size photos 2 Nos.
  • All the documents must be attested and submit in Two sets along with the originals.
  • Retain the spare Xerox copies of the documents for your reference

5. I have not yet received my 10+2 / graduation result, can I still apply for admission?

Yes, a student may apply provisionally for any course but needs to produce all the original mark sheets/ degrees at the time of admission.

6. When do admission to Engineering courses started?

For admissions through CET, please visit www.kea.kar.nic.in , For admissions through COMED-K, please visit www.comedk.org

7. How should I pay the programme fee?

Programme fee for Admission can be paid through Credit/Debit card/ Net Banking/UPI

8. What is the detailed process for submission of online application form and action to be taken by the candidate?

The submission of the admission form passes through the following stages:

Open the URL (https://jssatem.azurewebsites.net/Apps/Admissions/admissions-home.aspx

  • Complete Registration process (which creates ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ for you).
  • Your ‘User Name’ and ‘Registration Number’ is informed through SMS and email.
  • Re-login to the system using your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password: DOB’
  • Enter the Activation code send through e-mail and SMS
  • Fill Admission Form online.
  • Upload your recent passport size Photograph and Signature (maximum size 500KB in JPG format).
  • Upload your specimen signature (maximum size 500KB in JPG format).
  • Upload scanned copies of the relevant documents (maximum size 500KB for each document in JPG/PDF format).
    • PUC or Equivalent Marks Cards.
    • SSLC /10th standard Marks Card
    • CET/ ComedK / JEE Rank Card
    • Study Certificate for 12 years (If student is from Karnataka)
    • Migration certificate for Non Karnataka students
    • Caste / Income Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC

  • Preview your data and confirm details.
  • Make a payment of the Fee through Credit/Debit card/Net Banking.
  • A payment confirmation message is sent to you through SMS and email.
  • After Payment Confirmation, you may download the Acknowledgement and keep a printout for your record.
  • Finally, Student login credentials are provided by the university through a registered E-mail id and phone number.
